1. The service

blackshop.ge is an advertising network and marketplace. It connects advertisers (who pay for visitors) with site owners (who display ads) and provides a board where users offer and look for advertising placements, collaborations and partnerships.

We do not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, visitors or sales.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, be of legal age and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person or company may not operate accounts to evade a suspension.

3. Advertisers

Advertising is prepaid in lari (₾). Funds you transfer are credited to your balance, and you allocate part of it to a campaign as its budget. The budget is spent per valid click (CPC) or per 1,000 valid impressions (CPM) at the bid you set, as measured by our systems. A campaign never spends more than its allocated budget or daily limit.

Only valid traffic is charged. Clicks we classify as invalid (bots, repeated clicks, self-clicks and similar) are not charged.

Every creative and its destination page is reviewed before it runs. We may reject or remove any ad at any time. You are solely responsible for the content of your ads and destination pages and for having the rights to them; ads must follow the Ad Policy.

Unspent balance and unspent campaign budget can be returned on request, less any bank fees.

4. Publishers (site owners)

You may only add sites you own or control, and you must verify ownership. Sites and ad placements are reviewed and we may refuse or remove any site.

You must not click your own ads or ask, pay or encourage others to click or view them; use bots, scripts, proxies or any means that generate artificial traffic; hide, modify, overlay or otherwise tamper with the ad code or ads; or place ads on sites with content prohibited by the Ad Policy.

Earnings from valid traffic accrue to your account and become available for withdrawal after 14 days. We may reverse earnings caused by invalid traffic at any time. You receive 70% of the amount advertisers are charged for traffic delivered on your sites. Withdrawals start from 50 ₾ and are paid by bank transfer to the IBAN in your account. You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. Invalid traffic and enforcement

We use automated and manual checks to detect invalid traffic. We may withhold or reverse earnings, refund advertisers, suspend or close accounts and remove content where we find or reasonably suspect a violation of these terms.

6. Marketplace

Listings are created by users. We are a platform, not a party to any deal between users, and we do not guarantee any listing, audience figure or counterparty. Do not post misleading, illegal or fraudulent listings. We may moderate, reject or remove listings and report abuse.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. You may close your account at any time (an account with financial history cannot be deleted but can be deactivated on request). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
